2. Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of your order are final.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, in which case we will issue a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna and Apple/Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.

5. Shipping

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping page. We aim to meet stated delivery times but are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.

6. Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. Full details are set out on our Returns page. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our guarantee.

7. Product safety

All Pawly products are intended for use with dogs under appropriate supervision. Always supervise your dog when using any product, particularly chew toys and grooming tools. We are not liable for injury caused by misuse of products or failure to follow usage instructions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and product designs — is owned by Pawly and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawly is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by EU consumer law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which we are registered. Your statutory consumer rights under EU/UK law are unaffected by these terms.
